The secret to the Swiss Water Process is using “flavour charged” water to allow the caffeine in the beans to diffuse into the water. “Flavour charged” water is created by soaking a batch of coffee beans in water for approximately 8 hours after which time the caffeine and coffee flavors from these beans have all leached out into the water.

Our Mountain water process uses a caffeine free water based solution, leaving our coffee 99.9% caffeine free.
This is a wet process coffee with a uniformly clean bean. The coffee exhibits soft fruit flavors, mild chocolate notes and a well-balanced acidity.
Nippy acidity and a subtle apple flavour at first sip develops into a smooth caramel. Short roasting time highlights the delicate citrus and muted spice of this coffee.
